The Australian Consumer Law and Your Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Welcome to Rotilicious. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://www.rotilicious.com.au/ and the purchase of products from us, including rotilicious automatic roti maker. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are visiting under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You also agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
2. Products and Pricing
- All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased per person, household, or order.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We will notify you of any price changes before processing your order.
- We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate; however, we do not warrant that such information is error-free.
3. Order Acceptance and Payment
- All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Rotilicious. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the product description or pricing, or suspected fraud.
- Payments can be made through the available payment methods listed on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when placing an order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping is available within Australia and internationally to New Zealand and Fiji. For details regarding shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to initiate a return and the conditions for refunds.
6. User Accounts
- To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
- If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rotilicious or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any of the content without our prior written consent.
8. Flour Compatibility
The Rotilicious roti maker is designed to work with with various types of flour. The machine has been tested with following: Pillsbury Gold, Aashirvad Atta, Grewal Chakki Atta, Elite Atta, Aus Punjab, Golden Temple.
Note: These are 100% whole wheat flours.
Plain Flour: Coles, Woolworths, Defiance If you are using any other flours, reach out to us to confirm if it is compatible with Rotilicious or not.
The following flours options are not supported: Bajra, Ragi. Jowar, Kangni, Kodra, Sama, Kutki, Chena, Bran, Multigrain, Gluten free is not supported. Please refer to the previous statement confirming which flour is supported by the machine.
Use of unsupported flour types is considered improper use and is not treated as a product defect
9. Warranty
Rotilicious Manufacturer’s Warranty Statement
1. Warranty Duration & Scope Rotilicious provides a one (1) year limited manufacturer’s warranty on the main machine unit, beginning from the date of the original retail purchase.
2. Non-Transferable (Termination on Sale) This warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and is strictly non-transferable.
- This warranty automatically expires and becomes void if the Rotilicious machine is sold, leased, or otherwise transferred to any person other than the original purchaser.
- Rotilicious will not honor warranty claims for machines purchased second-hand, through privaate sales, or via online auction sites.
3. Exclusions: Consumable Accessories The one-year warranty applies only to the mechanical and electronic components of the main machine unit. It does not cover accessories that are considered consumables, which naturally wear out or require replacement through normal use. These excluded items include:
- Kneading Blade
- Water Container
- Dough Container
- Oil Container
- Kneading Cup

4. Warranty Service Bond: For all warranty inspection requests, Rotilicious requires a Refundable Warranty Bond of $99. This bond must be paid prior to the commencement of any diagnostic or inspection services. In the event that the appliance failure is determined to be a result of a manufacturing defect covered under our standard Warranty Policy, the full $99 bond will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the assessment. If, however, the fault is determined to be caused by user error, improper maintenance, accidental damage, or any other factor excluded from warranty coverage, the bond will be retained by Rotilicious to cover the costs of labor and diagnostics.
10. Eligibility for Cancellation
We understand that circumstances can change. You may request to cancel your order for the Rotilicious, subject to the conditions below:10.1 Eligibility for Cancellation
- An order can only be cancelled before it has been shipped.
- Once an order has been marked as "Shipped" or once the tracking details have been activated by the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled and must instead be processed as a return (and will be subject to our separate Returns Policy).
10.2 Discretionary Right to Refuse Cancellation
- The Company reserves the right to review and approve all cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. The Company may, at its sole discretion, reject a cancellation request, particularly if the reason is deemed a simple 'change of mind' and the order is already in an advanced stage of processing.
10.3 Cancellation Fee
- If your cancellation request is approved, a cancellation fee will be applied.
- The cancellation fee is set at ten percent (10%) of the total order cost (including product price and original shipping charges).
- This fee covers administrative costs, payment processing fees incurred by us, and the time taken to process and prepare the order for dispatch.
10.4 Refund Calculation
- If your order is successfully cancelled and approved, you will be issued a refund equivalent to ninety percent (90%) of the total order cost.
- The refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of the cancellation approval.
10.5 How to Cancel an Order
- To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team immediately via email on support@rotilicious.com.au, providing your Order Number for verification.
11. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rotilicious shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from or related to your use of our website or the purchase of products.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rotilicious, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of our website.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
